Reserve Pinot Noir 2022
13.9% Alc | 2022 | 750ml
Deep ruby red in colour, this wine has powerful aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, subtle spice and toasty oak. Concentrated red fruits fill the palate with ripe, fine-grained tannins providing structure and length.
Chardonnay 2022
13.8% Alc | 2022 | 750ml
The Chardonnay gives a broad spectrum of aromas from citrus blossom through to white peach and honeydew melon. Underpinning primary aromas are subtle cheese souffle notes attributed to the wild ferment and toasty oak. Stone fruits carry through on the palate, kept vibrant with lime and grapefruit acidity.
Pinot Gris 2023
13.5% Alc | 2022 | 750ml
Pale, golden straw appearance. Fresh, ripe pear and melon aromas with a subtle nougat presence. The palate is bright and polished with an array of fruit from citrus through to ripe apple and pear. Fine lees texture and focused acidity maintain a lingering, dry finish.

Acknowledgement of the land and it’s people
Caledon stands on the ancient and carefully tended lands of the palawa people who harvested, cultivated and cared for the surrounding country. After European arrival the dispossession of the traditional owners from this area was swift, rapid and extensive. The newcomers worked out quickly what the owners already knew – that these were fertile lands and would provide food for the future.
The palawa people lived and farmed sustainably in this valley for over 40 000 years before their lands were stolen. We may never know the full extent of the knowledge lost. Many lessons can be learned by studying their ways and their ability to sustain themselves from their country. We hope these lessons can guide us here today in our endeavours.
